Over two-hundred and fifty jobseekers flocked to the fourth Halesowen & Rowley Regis Jobs and Skills Fair, organised by local MP James Morris, at the Zion Christian Centre in Halesowen. This was the 9th jobs and skills event James has organised since 2010.

MP’s Mental Health Forum Success

Halesowen and Rowley Regis MP, James Morris, organised a local Mental Health Forum for those affected by mental illness, charities, carer groups, and statutory organisations to meet and discuss how the challenges of the future can be resolved.

Halesowen & Rowley Regis MP James Morris has welcomed news that unemployment within the constituency has fallen by 51% since 2010.

This news comes at the same time that average wages have risen by 3%.

Over 700 people have now signed Halesowen & Rowley Regis MP James Morris’ petition to save Halesowen Police Station.

The campaign to save the town’s only station was launched two weeks ago by MP James Morris following the decision by West Midlands Police to review its estate.

Halesowen & Rowley Regis MP, James Morris, has launched a petition to fight the proposed closure of Halesowen Police station by West Midlands’ Police.

The plans have been put together by West Midlands Police, and will need to be signed off by Police and Crime Commissioner.
