James opens Little Kenelms pre-school

James paid a visit to Our Lady & St Kenelm Catholic School in Halesowen on Friday today to open their new pre-school, Little Kenelms.

Getting our children back in the classroom

September marks the start of a new academic year, and after the disruptions last year due to Covid 19 I’m pleased that all children will be able to get back in the classroom again. 

Just like our sports stars, we all needs to keep fit

Over the last few weeks it has been welcome to see the return of live sport to our screens, even if spectators can’t be present. Sport is a great way of bringing people together, whether through watching professionals in action, or participating ourselves to keep fit and meet with other people.


Due to a recent rise in Covid-19 cases in Sandwell, the Council are asking residents across the borough to stop allowing visitors into their homes, outside of their social bubble or for providing care and support.

I know it feels like a long time since the Covid-19 lockdown began, but thanks to the cooperation of the British people and the dedication of our NHS staff we have turned the tide and are seeing our country begin to open back up again.
